The Auto-Trail Expedition is the entry point to Auto-Trail's campervan lineup — a Fiat Ducato-based van conversion that delivers genuine motorhome comfort in a compact, car-like driving experience. The Expedition range expanded significantly for 2026 with the introduction of the all-new Expedition 54, Auto-Trail's most compact campervan at just 5.41m long.

The Expedition uses Whale chassis-mounted heating for space heating and hot water, with a 200W flexi solar panel as standard for off-grid capability. Fresh and waste water tanks are typically 70 litres each. The range features the Pioneer 9-inch EVO950 DAB touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and all models come with Grade 3 insulation for year-round touring.

Key models include the compact 54 (5.41m, 2-berth), the versatile 67 Flex (rear elevating bed, 4-berth), and the 68 (fixed rear double, 2-berth). The Flex variants feature electric drop-down or elevating beds for maximum flexibility.
