All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT but may exclude any delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time, these may change on a daily basis.
Payment can be made online via our payment provider “DNA Payments”, this will be done at the point of creating a new order.
All goods are subject to availability and may change at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled in a reasonable time, we will notify the customer by phone or email and we will offer an alternative or give a full refund. When an item is out of stock but due in again at a later date, the customer will have the option to cancel the order or wait for the item to be re-stocked in the advised timeframe.
Our delivery costs are free for orders over £400, delivery for orders below this are a flat rate of £9.99. We only offer delivery to mainland UK.
All orders will receive an automated reply, despatch is subject to availability.
Goods must be signed for on receipt - if the packaging is damaged on delivery the customer should indicate as such on the delivery note before signing. Goods must be checked as soon as possible after delivery and any damage or shortages advised to us by email within 48 hours.
If the customer fails to take delivery because of incorrect delivery details given to us, or where the goods should be signed for and the courier could not complete their delivery, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid (less any failed delivery charges). If instead the customer wishes for another delivery (re-delivery) to the arranged, this will incur an extra delivery charge.

The customer has the right to notify us of their wish to cancel the order from the moment the order is placed up until 14 days after receipt. We must be notified of the cancellation in writing by letter or email. If the goods have already been delivered, they should be immediately returned to us and always before 14 days since delivery. The goods should be unused and in the original packaging complete with all the components.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation of the order, or for goods that have been despatched, 14 days after the goods have been received back and satisfactorily examined.
Goods that have been opened and used (this includes the customer trying/checking the fitment) but had subsequently been ordered incorrectly, may only be returned to us with our prior agreement and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the customer is uncertain about a required awning size, frame type or colour please email or call us prior to ordering.
Carriage charges incurred in returning goods to us are non–refundable unless the goods have a clear fault.
If goods are found to be defective, the customer shall notify us as soon as reasonably possible. If the fault is found within 30 days of delivery, the customer is entitled to a repair, full refund or exchange (subject to stock availability). If a fault is found after 30 days no refund will be issued unless the goods cannot be repaired or a replacement is not available. However, if the goods are returned faulty after 6 months and cannot be repaired or replaced, the customer can only claim a partial refund for the goods. In some cases, in order to verify a fault, the goods will need to be examined by the manufacturer or an independent repair company.
However, in all cases, if upon examination the goods are found not to be defective or the goods are reported to have been damaged by the customer either by accident, misuse or wear & tear then the goods will be returned and all costs incurred charged to the customer.
No defect will be classed as a fault if the defect was brought to the attention of the customer before the sale, i.e. the customer spoke to one of our sales staff before placing the order.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information within our website, however we cannot guarantee that all details and prices are correct at all times. Should an error become apparent after the order has been placed but before delivery of the goods, we will contact the customer and the option will be given to either cancel or amend the order.
This contract is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
