The 2026 Swift Challenger 560 is a 4-berth single-axle touring caravan measuring 25' long with an MTPLM of 1,539 kg and 7'5" wide, pairing a practical layout with a generous specification. It features parallel bench seats in the front lounge, a central washroom and a rear island bed — a well-proven floorplan that keeps living, sleeping and bathing areas distinct from one another. It sits on an AL-KO Vario X chassis and comes with a roof-mounted 120 W solar panel, AL-KO ATC electronic stability control and a 10-year manufacturer-backed bodyshell warranty as standard.

Swift's SMART construction uses a timber-less 'PURe' polyurethane-framed bodyshell with polystyrene insulation and GRP outer skins (25 mm sidewalls, 32 mm roof). The 44 mm sandwich floor combines a GRP outer skin, plywood upper and a Ravatherm rigid-insulation core, while the hail-resistant GRP roof is fully bonded for added strength. The caravan meets EN1645 Grade 3 thermal-insulation and heating standards, confirmed by cold-chamber testing, and carries European Whole Vehicle Type Approval.

New for 2026 are refreshed exterior graphics, updated front-panel detailing and 15" half diamond-cut alloy wheels. LED lighting features throughout the exterior, including side marker running lights, an awning light and rear light clusters with a high-level marker and brake light. Fully double-glazed, graphite-tinted windows, chrome grab handles and fixing bars for an optional Thule rear cycle rack round out the exterior.

The front lounge has 1.95 m (6'5") of headroom and is finished in the new Aquaclean 'Elephant' soft-furnishing scheme with Sangallo Elm and Toro/Grau woodgrain accents. A new Dometic panoramic front sunroof integrates a curved blind system, recessed lighting and speakers. Seating uses new sprung seat bases with Tri-foam backrests, and beech-slat bases with sprung hinged tops give easy access to under-seat storage.

The rear island bed is fitted with a Duvalay Duvalite Strato mattress, which layers a platinum support core, reflex foam and memory fibre for durability and airflow. A bed make-up system with slats retained on a track allows the front lounge to convert into a second sleeping area. Grey French Oak effect scratch-resistant floor vinyl and sectioned removable bleachable carpets keep the interior easy to maintain. Midi-Heki and Mini-Heki rooflights with flyscreens and concertina blinds provide ventilation throughout.

Cooking facilities include a Thetford thermostatic oven and grill with a three-burner gas hob and electric hotplate, all with electronic ignition and a glass lid with auto gas shut-off. A flatbed microwave with digital controls sits alongside a Thetford 142-litre tall fridge with a 15-litre freezer compartment. The stainless-steel sink comes with a washing-up bowl, a removable extension drainer and a new pull-out wire basket in the kitchen cupboard. An external BBQ point and mains socket are provided for outdoor cooking.

The central washroom features a boutique-style wash basin unit with cupboard and mirror, a chrome-effect swivel-spout vanity tap and a new 'White Stipple' marble-effect shower wallboard. The Ecocamel Jetstorm showerhead includes an on/off button to reduce water usage. A Thetford toilet with electric flush and an 18-litre wheeled waste tank completes the facilities.

New phone storage pockets are fitted for 2026. Overhead lockers use positive catches with chrome handles to keep contents secure while towing, and upper front corner lockers provide additional space. The spaceframe-construction seat bases open fully from the front for access to larger items.

The new Truma CombiNeo 2-in-1 system provides blown-air heating and continuous hot water, controlled via a digital programmable controller. A 4" LCD colour touchscreen panel gives straightforward access to all onboard systems. The mains electrical system includes a 25-amp switchmode charger/transformer, a 25-metre hook-up cable, at least four 230 V sockets and twin USB points, with additional USB points under the front locker. LED interior lighting covers lounge downlights and over-locker illumination. Entertainment is handled by an FM/DAB radio with USB and Bluetooth, a Status 570 directional TV/FM aerial with booster, and a TV point with 230 V, 12 V and aerial connections.

The AL-KO ATC electronic stability system and AKS 3004 stabiliser are fitted as standard. Security features include one-key high-security locks, a dead-lock on the entrance door, a VIN CHIP identification system concealed within the bodyshell, and CRiS identity labels on windows and chassis. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are included, along with a receiver for an optional AL-KO Secure wheel lock.
