2025 Bailey Unicorn Deluxe Cadiz

The 2025 Bailey Unicorn Deluxe Cadiz is a 4-berth single-axle touring caravan weighing 1,600 kg, measuring 24'1" long and 7'5" wide. Built using Bailey's Alu-Tech construction with a GRP-skinned bodyshell, it combines a well-proven build method with a number of updates for the 2025 model year, including refreshed interior finishes, an upgraded kitchen, and new lighting technology. This caravan comes with a free Powrtouch motor mover included.

The Cadiz uses Bailey's Alu-Tech bodyshell construction with aerodynamic GRP outer panels, delivering Grade 3 thermal insulation for comfortable all-weather use. For 2025, the exterior features a new chrome and bronze graphics scheme with resin badging, black 15-inch TUV-tested alloy wheels with premium branded tyres, and a new LED rear high-level brake light.

The caravan rides on an AL-KO chassis with an AKS 3004 stabiliser hitch and AL-KO ATC trailer control system for stable towing. A 130 W Truma solar panel is roof-mounted as standard, and external connections include BBQ and mains points.

The 2025 interior introduces a 'Natural Oak', 'Satin Cashmere', and 'Stone Grey' furniture palette, with curved overhead locker doors in Natural Oak featuring 'Pearl Bronze' detailing. A vertical infinity front skylight brings natural light into the lounge area. Loose-fit carpets are provided throughout.

A new CCT (correlated colour temperature) lighting system allows zonal and dimmable ambient lighting, giving control over both brightness and warmth of the interior lighting. A Sonos portable speaker is included as standard for 2025.

The kitchen has been significantly updated for 2025 with 'Baystone' worktop laminate finishes and a matching splashback. A new undermounted stainless steel round sink features concealed fixings, a swan neck mixer tap with flexi head, and an integrated worktop infill with chopping board, washing-up bowl, and drainer. A new pull-out unit with wire basket storage adds to the kitchen's practicality.

Cooking equipment includes a Thetford oven, grill, and 3-burner gas hob with one electric hotplate, plus a flatbed microwave. The fridge is a new Thetford 137-litre tower refrigerator with a 15-litre freezer compartment. Fixtures and fittings throughout are finished in a premium matt black and chrome combination.

The Alde 3020 wet central heating system handles both space heating and hot water, providing consistent warmth distributed via radiators throughout the caravan.

Security provision is comprehensive: a Thatcham CAT S7-approved Tracker Monitor system comes with 3 months' subscription, alongside a key fob-operated PIR intruder alarm and an AL-KO Secure wheel lock. A Status 570 roof-mounted directional aerial covers TV and radio reception.

The Cadiz is covered by a 6-year body integrity warranty, with an optional 4-year extension available. A 3-year manufacturer's warranty is provided by Bailey, also with an optional 3-year extension. Terms and conditions apply to both.
