2024 Opus OFF ROAD Extreme

The 2024 Opus OFF ROAD Extreme is a 10-berth folding camper that inflates in just 90 seconds using air pole technology -- no traditional poles to wrestle with. The Extreme specification comes fully loaded with premium extras as standard, including an external 3-burner hob, Dometic fridge, complete awning, motor mover, and a portable toilet. It is designed for off-road use with a rugged chassis, all-terrain alloy wheels, and a stone chip guard.

Introduced in 2017, the AIR OPUS system uses an integrated electric pump to inflate the camper's air poles in approximately 90 seconds. This removes the need for traditional pole assembly and significantly reduces setup time.

The interior is designed by a UK team and features leatherette seating, two double mattresses, inner bed tents, and an additional bed in the seating area -- accommodating up to 10 people across the various sleeping zones. Windows, skylights, and electric lighting create a bright, open feel, and the ceiling height of nearly 2.5 metres means comfortable standing room throughout.

Storage cupboards and a table are built in, keeping the living space practical and organised.

Inside, a 2-burner gas hob sits alongside a stainless steel sink, storage cupboards, and work surfaces. A small removable waste bin is included. The Extreme specification adds a Dometic fridge with a custom worktop.

Outside, an integrated 3-burner hob with a storage drawer provides a dedicated outdoor cooking area. An external gas outlet and water inlet are also fitted for convenience.

The Extreme model is built for rougher terrain. Off-road alloy wheels, a protective stone chip guard, and an integrated spare wheel carrier come as standard. An all-terrain spare wheel is included as part of the Extreme package. The robust chassis is complemented by grab handles for easier manoeuvring.

A complete awning is included, extending the covered living area. LED lighting is fitted in both the main tent and the awning. A pair of side skirts is also provided.

A 230v built-in heater keeps the interior warm in cooler conditions. Internal 12v and 230v sockets are fitted for powering and charging devices. The battery box includes a 13-pin hook-up, and a 110Ah leisure battery, 25-metre mains cable, and 12V adapter kit are all included in the Extreme package.

A 12v submersible water pump, jerry can and water storage positions, 2 fresh water carriers, and a waste water carrier are all included. An external water inlet simplifies filling up on site.

A Nemesis wheel clamp is included for security when the camper is parked up.
